on behalf of the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic we take the liberty to inform you about the General Meeting of our institution, held on June 1, 2011 in Prague.

It is our honour to let you know, that Mr Jiří HYNEK was elected on the new two-year term as a President of the Association by the General Meeting. In accordance with the Articles of the DSIA CR, the Presidium elections were held.

Newly elected Vice-Presidents are:

• Vice-President for Research, Development, Testing, Standardization and Information Technology (Mr. Ivan Ricar, TTC TELEKOMUNIKACE, s.r.o.)

• Vice-President for Legislation (Mr. Radoslav Moravec, ZEVETA Bojkovice, a.s.)

• Vice-President for International Relations (Mr. Richard Hlavaty)

• Vice-President for Industry (Mr. Jaroslav Travnicek, Poličské Strojírny a.s.)

• Vice-President for Cooperation and Commercial Policy (Mr. Jiri Rezac, OMNIPOL a.s.)

• Vice-President for Strategic Planning (Army General (ret.) Mr. Pavel Stefka, TATRA, a.s.)
