Already the 22nd MC CATALOGUE User Group meeting took place from the 21st to 23rd November 2017, this time in Brno. Negotiations of representatives of ten National Codification Bureaus (NCB) held in the Hotel International were moderated by this year’s chairman of the MC CATALOGUE User Group, Director of the Australian NCB, Paul Kenworthy. After Australia, the chairmanship will be assumed by Hungary in 2018. NCBs of 19 countries on 5 continents have chosen MC CATALOGUE – the software for support of codification according to the NATO Codification System standards – as their codification tool. Representatives of each country have shared their experience with the use of MC CATALOGUE under the national conditions during the three-day meeting.  The AURA team introduced a new conception of the development of this information system and discussed it with the participants of the meeting. The participants of the event also appreciated sportive and social part of the event – a bowling competition and a visit of the ancient Špilberk castle in the middle of the city.
